Payments must be made within 3 working days (excluding public holidays). Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in the order being cancelled and the product(s) returned for sale.
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using NZ Couriers signature required expect for rural delivery . Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. Our courier comes at 7 am and payment or orders received after this time will be processed the next day. Any orders with permission to leave will be left totally at your risk.
We do not take returns because you have changed your mind. Damaged items must be reported with in 5 hours of receipt. We have the right to refund, replace or repair any item. Refunds for any item damaged by courier will be refunded once the courier company has uplifted the item and has been returned for inspection. We will arrange this.
Our products are natural crystals and may have small defects which is perfectly normal. We will not send an item that is damaged (all items are inspected before being sent).

All weight are by our scales and all measurements are by digital calipers

When you place your order “checkout” you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than us. In addition, when we receive that data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us.
